About the school
Uit ervaring kunnen wij het volgende zeggen: ‘Als je goed oplet tijdens de les, het meegegeven huiswerk maakt en natuurlijk de Nederlandse taal begrijpt is er geen reden om het examen niet te halen.’ Wij gaan er nooit vanuit dat iemand zakt. Mocht het onverhoopt toch voorkomen, dan kun je contact opnemen met onze klantenservice om een nieuwe afspraak te maken. Natuurlijk zullen wij ook inhoudelijk het examen met je bespreken, zodat we kunnen achterhalen wat er fout is gegaan om er voor te zorgen dat de volgende keer het examen wel behaald wordt. Echter komen de dagen wel weer beschikbaar en lukt het 9 op de 10 keer wel om de voorkeursdatum in te plannen. Nadat je je hebt aangemeld zal één van onze collega’s contact met je opnemen om alles nogmaals goed en duidelijk uit te leggen. Bij UltraTheorie begrijpen wij deze vraag heel goed. Vandaar dat wij ook het pakket ‘Dubbele Cursus’ hebben samengesteld voor iedereen met leerproblemen. Of dit nou komt door dyslexie, ADD, ADHD of faalangst, wij geloven erin dat wij iedereen kunnen laten slagen. Je mag vooraf leren om nog beter voorbereid te zijn, maar dit is zeker niet nodig. Tijdens de cursus behandelen wij alles van A t/m Z en laten wij je slagen. Het huiswerk wat wij meegeven is overigens wel verplicht om door te nemen.
