We compare the same vehicle category and reporting period at the same CBR exam centre. Only first exams at this centre count, not the school total. The school's busiest centre is selected initially. The comparison score weights CBR results at 70% and the whole-school Google rating at 30%. For CBR we use the 95% Wilson lower bound, which accounts for exam volume. About the school

Wij zijn Ed en Gerda van Voorst. In 1990 hebben wij Rijschool van Voorst opgericht. Ed had al veel ervaring met het geven van autorijlessen. Toch had hij duidelijke ideeën over hoe het beter, efficiënter en persoonlijker kon. Zijn ondernemersgeest zorgde er uiteindelijk voor dat wij besloten om het heft in eigen handen te nemen en het zelf te gaan doen. Het geeft je de vrijheid om alles zelf te bepalen en in te richten. In de afgelopen 30 jaar zijn wij flink gegroeid en gaven we op een gegeven moment naast autorijlessen ook motorrijlessen, hadden we een aantal rij instructeurs in dienst en reden er meerdere Rijschool van Voorst auto’s rond. Inmiddels zijn we daarvan teruggekomen en hebben we een stapje teruggenomen. Inmiddels geeft alleen Ed rijlessen en focust Gerda zich op de administratieve kant van het bedrijf. We zijn liever klein en persoonlijk dan groot en commercieel. Een goede kwaliteit van de rijlessen, een persoonlijke aanpak en betrouwbaarheid staan bij ons hoog in het vaandel. Dat zie je terug in de hulpmiddelen die wij gebruiken maar ook op de manier waarop we onze rijlessen en rijschool inrichten. Wij garanderen ultieme veiligheid en gaan zelfs nog een stapje verder dan de CBR-standaard om leerlingen op te leiden tot goede bestuurders voor de toekomst! Sinds 2023 hebben we een elektrische auto om rijlessen aan te bieden op een duurzame manier. Duurzaamheid staat bij ons namelijk hoog in het vaandel. Een elektrische auto is altijd een automaatauto. Deze duurzame automaat bleek snel aan populariteit te winnen. Op dit moment bieden we daarom alleen nog automaat rijlessen aan. Wij zien de automaat als de toekomst. Vanaf 2035 gaat er Europese regelgeving in dat alle nieuwe auto’s geen CO2 meer mogen uitstoten. Op dit moment is de meest gangbare auto die geen CO2 uitstoot tijdens het rijden de elektrische auto. Nieuwe benzine- en dieselauto’s zullen dus vanaf 2035 niet meer verkocht worden. Daarom spelen wij vanaf 2023 al hierop in door alleen nog les te geven in de elektrische automaat.
