3. Instructeur: Max van de Griendt of een andere gekwalificeerde instructeur die door de rijschool is aangewezen. 4. Lesovereenkomst: De overeenkomst tussen de rijschool en de deelnemer voor het volgen van rijlessen. 1. De lesovereenkomst komt tot stand op het moment dat de deelnemer zich inschrijft bij de rijschool, hetzij via de website, telefonisch of persoonlijk. 2. De rijschool bevestigt de inschrijving van de deelnemer schriftelijk, per e-mail of via whatssapp. 4. De rijschool behoudt zich het recht voor om de prijzen aan te passen, maar zal de deelnemer hiervan minimaal 30 dagen van tevoren op de hoogte stellen. 1. Betaling van de rijlessen dient vooraf of achteraf binnen te geschieden via de methoden die door de rijschool worden aangeboden (bijv. bankoverschrijving, contant, iDeal, etc.). 3. Bij niet-betaling binnen de afgesproken termijn kan de rijschool de toegang tot verdere rijlessen opschorten totdat de betaling is voldaan. 3. De rijschool behoudt zich het recht voor om een les te verplaatsen of te annuleren in geval van overmacht of bij ziekte van de instructeur. De deelnemer wordt in dat geval zo snel mogelijk geïnformeerd en een alternatieve lesdatum wordt aangeboden. 3. De rijschool behoudt zich het recht voor om de rijlessen aan te passen indien dit noodzakelijk is voor het behalen van het rijbewijs of de veiligheid van de deelnemer. 3. De rijschool is niet verantwoordelijk voor schade aan eigendommen van de deelnemer, tenzij dit het gevolg is van nalatigheid of opzet van de rijschool of haar medewerkers. 1. De rijschool is verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid van de rijlessen en het voertuig gedurende de les. 3. Indien de deelnemer zich tijdens de les onder invloed van alcohol, drugs of medicijnen bevindt die de rijvaardigheid beïnvloeden, wordt de les direct beëindigd. De kosten van de les worden in dat geval in rekening gebracht. De rijschool kan bepalen om de rijlessen te beëindigen en niet meer verder te gaan in de toekomst. 1.
