About the school
Rijschool Succeed werd opgericht door Kailash, die de rijschool nog steeds dagelijks runt. Hij begon alleen: één instructeur, één lesauto en leerlingen uit Delft en omstreken. In de jaren daarna groeide de rijschool uit tot een vast team van rijinstructeurs, zonder dat de persoonlijke aanpak verdween. Toen daar de motorrijlessen bijkwamen, kwam ook zijn eigen passie boven water: motorrijden. Die lessen geeft Kailash tegenwoordig grotendeels zelf, op ons eigen oefenterrein. Wat al die jaren hetzelfde is gebleven: we houden de rijschool bewust persoonlijk. Je rijdt bij een vaste instructeur die jouw voortgang kent, niet bij een wisselend team dat zich elke les opnieuw moet inlezen. Dat scheelt lessen, en het zorgt voor de rust waarin je het snelst leert rijden. Wij geloven dat goed leren rijden draait om vertrouwen en herhaling, niet om zo veel mogelijk lesuren verkopen. Daarom werken we met een paar vaste principes. Onze rustige aanpak met dashcam werkt daarnaast goed voor leerlingen met faalangst, ADHD of ADD, omdat je in kleinere stappen en met visuele feedback werkt. En voor expats en internationale studenten van de TU Delft geven we autorijles in het Engels, zodat er geen taalbarrière is. Dé rijschool in Delft.
