About the school

Beste leerlingen en ouderlijk gezag. Hieronder staan alle afspraken die nageleefd moeten worden door de Rijschool en de leerling. Deze zijn van toepassing op alle overeenkomsten die zijn aangegaan met Rijschool Peter van Wijk. Daarom staan hier de algemene voorwaarden om de rijlessen zo goed mogelijk te laten verlopen. Zij zijn van toepassing op Rijschool Peter van Wijk, verder genoemd De Rijschool. 1.6 In het geval van het uitvallen van een les of lessen door verkeersomstandigheden of een ongeval kan de leerling geen aanspraak maken op schadevergoeding of terugbetaling van de les of lessen. De rijschool zal zo spoedig mogelijk de leerling inlichten dat de les niet kan doorgaan. In dit geval wordt een nieuwe afspraak gemaakt. 1.8 De rijschool heeft een goede bedrijfsaansprakelijkheidsverzekering afgesloten. Dit voor het geval er iets gebeurt waar de rijschool ten opzichte van de leerling aansprakelijk is. 3.11 Bij niet tijdige betaling behoud Rijschool Peter van Wijk zich het recht voor de praktijklessen stop te zetten en eventueel geplande examens te annuleren tot het openstaande bedrag is voldaan. De verplichting tot betalen blijft echter bestaan. Eventuele schades voor de leerling als gevolg hiervan, zijn voor eigen risico. 3.12 Mocht het ondanks herinneringen voorkomen dat de leerling niet betaalt, dan kan de rijschool een incassobureau inschakelen. Die extra kosten zijn voor rekening van de leerling zelf. 3.14 De rijschool mag tijdens de duur van de lesovereenkomst de lesprijs niet verhogen tot het eerste praktijkexamen. Mits deze binnen 1 jaar na de start plaatsvindt. 3.15 De leerling is er zelf voor verantwoordelijk dat het theoriecertificaat tijdig en liefst zo spoedig mogelijk gehaald wordt. Dit voorkomt dat er onnodig extra lessen moeten worden bijgekocht. Extra lessen zijn voor rekening van de leerling zelf. De rijschool is niet verantwoordelijk voor het langer duren van de opleiding door het niet tijdig behalen van het theorie certificaat. Zonder geldig theorie certificaat kan Rijschool Peter van Wijk geen tussentijdse toets of praktijkexamen aanvragen. 4.1 Afzeggen van de rijles dient minimaal 24 uur van tevoren aan de rijschool te worden doorgegeven.
