About the school
Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle rijlessen, lespakketten en overige diensten die worden aangeboden door Rijschool Paul van Hees. Door gebruik te maken van onze diensten, ga je akkoord met deze voorwaarden. 2.4 De leerling verstrekt alle noodzakelijke informatie over zijn/haar medische en/of psychische toestand, medicijnen, alcohol en/of drugsgebruik naar waarheid aan de rijschool. 2.5 Indien de leerling iets verzwijgt uit hetgeen in 2.4 vermeld staat, dan heeft de rijschool het recht de lessen (lesovereenkomst) per direct te doen beëindigen zonder enige restitutie van lesgelden. 2.6 Bij schade ontstaan als gevolg van de in 2.4 genoemde situaties heeft de rijschool het recht dit te verhalen op de leerling. 2.7 Als blijkt dat een leerling onder invloed is van medicatie die de rijvaardigheid kan beïnvloeden, alcohol of verdovende middelen, behoudt de rijschool te allen tijde het recht de rijles per direct af te breken. De kosten voor de gereserveerde tijd worden in rekening gebracht. 3.3 BetalingsverplichtingenIndien betalingen niet tijdig worden voldaan, behoudt Rijschool Paul van Hees zich het recht voor om de rijlessen op te schorten totdat de openstaande bedragen zijn voldaan. 3.4 Komt het toch voor dat de leerling niet tijdig betaalt, dan hanteert de rijschool de volgende procedure: 2. De rijschool mag rente gaan vragen over het verschuldigde bedrag nadat er 14 dagen zijn verstreken na de factuurdatum. Deze rente bedraagt de wettelijke rente vermeerderd met 2% op jaarbasis. 3. Mocht het toch voorkomen dat de leerling niet betaalt, dan schakelt de rijschool een incassobureau in. Dan komen er extra kosten bij, die de leerling zelf moet dragen. 3.5 PrijswijzigingDe rijschool is gerechtigd tijdens de duur van de lesovereenkomst de lesprijs aan te passen. De cursist heeft in dat geval het recht om de lesovereenkomst te ontbinden, van welke bevoegdheid hij/zij gebruik kan maken tot 2 weken na kennisneming van de prijswijziging. 4.4 Mocht het rijexamen niet doorgaan wegens slecht weer, bijvoorbeeld door ijzel of sneeuw, dan hoeft de leerling het nieuwe examen niet zelf te betalen.
