About the school

Rijschool Floris verzorgt autorijlessen in Hilversum en omgeving. Wij helpen leerlingen uit onder andere Bussum, Naarden, Loosdrecht en omliggende plaatsen om veilig en zelfstandig hun rijbewijs te halen. Alleen je rijschool kan je praktijkexamen aanvragen. Daarvoor heeft de rijschool wel jouw toestemming nodig, dit gaat via DigiD en kan je regelen door de machtiging aan te vragen bij het CBR. De instructeurs van rijschool Floris zijn in het bezit van een geldig ‘instructeurcertificaat’ als bedoeld in de Wet Rijonderricht Motorwerktuigen. De instructeurs van rijschool Floris mogen leerlingen per direct weigeren indien er op het moment van rijles sprake is dan wel het vermoeden bestaat dat er sprake is van drank, drugs of andere bedwelmende of geestverruimende middelen bij de leerling. De leerling heeft in dergelijk geval geen recht op restitutie van lesgelden. Indien de lessen niet door kunnen gaan als gevolg van ziekte, ongeval en weers- en/of verkeersomstandigheden wordt de leerling hiervan tijdig op de hoogte gesteld door de rijschool en wordt een nieuwe afspraak gemaakt. De leerling kan in dat geval geen aanspraak maken op enige restitutie of schadevergoeding. De leerling dient het volledige lesgeld voor de rijles te voldoen, indien deze binnen 24 uur van tevoren bij de rijschool wordt afgezegd. Kosteloos afzeggen binnen 24 uur mag altijd, indien zich een dringende reden voordoet, zoals het overlijden van een familielid of bij ernstige ziekte en/of spoedopname in het ziekenhuis van de leerling. De leerling verstrekt alle noodzakelijke informatie over zijn/haar medische en/of psychische toestand, drugsgebruik, alcoholgebruik, en andere bedwelmende of geestverruimende middelen aan de instructeur van de rijschool naar waarheid. De leerling dient een geldig theoriecertificaat voor B-rijbewijs in bezit te hebben alvorens er een tussentijdse toets of praktijkexamen wordt ingepland door de rijschool. De leerling dient zelf zorg te dragen dat het theoriecertificaat tijdig behaald wordt. Eventuele gevolgen van het niet tijdig bezitten, komen voor rekening van de leerling. Aanschaf van een lespakket wil niet zeggen dat de leerling dan binnen dit pakket examen kan doen. De rijschool streeft hier wel naar, maar de mogelijkheid bestaat dat er lessen bijgekocht moeten worden om het gewenste examen niveau…
