About the school

Welkom bij Rijschool De Kapitein! Al sinds 2008 geven we rijles in de regio Den Haag en Scheveningen. In al die jaren hebben we ontzettend veel verschillende mensen bij ons in de auto gehad, elk met hun eigen tempo, doelen en twijfels. Toch zagen we al die honderden leerlingen stuk voor stuk doorgroeien van een twijfelende starter naar een zelfverzekerde bestuurder. Omdat niemand op dezelfde manier leert, pakken we het bewust net even anders aan dan de meeste rijscholen. Hieronder vertellen we je graag wie we zijn, waar we in geloven en hoe we jou stap voor stap naar je rijbewijs begeleiden. Je hoeft bij ons geen taxi te spelen voor een andere leerling en er zit nooit iemand op de achterbank mee te kijken. Doordat we afspreken op onze vaste locatie bij Madurodam, is alle aandacht en de volledige lestijd 100% voor jou. Bij de meeste rijscholen duurt een les 50 tot 60 minuten. Dat vliegt voorbij, zeker als je ergens wat langer de tijd voor nodig hebt. Wij kiezen daarom bewust voor lessen van anderhalf uur. Dat geeft precies de rust die je nodig hebt om onderdelen echt goed onder de knie te krijgen, met na afloop voldoende tijd om de rit ontspannen na te bespreken. Leren autorijden is voor iedereen spannend, maar met faalangst, ADHD, ADD of autisme komt daar vaak nog een schepje bovenop. De één klapt helemaal dicht van de stress, de ander raakt snel afgeleid of overprikkeld en weer iemand anders heeft gewoon wat meer tijd nodig om het rijden onder de knie te krijgen. In de praktijk blijkt het dan niet altijd makkelijk om een rijschool te vinden die hier echt goed op inspringt. Bij Rijschool De Kapitein mag je helemaal jezelf zijn. Door de jaren heen hebben we enorm veel ervaring opgebouwd met leerlingen die voor deze extra uitdagingen staan. Waar jij ook tegenaan loopt, wij bieden de rust, het geduld en de structuur die jij nodig hebt. We passen de opbouw en het tempo van de les volledig aan op wat voor jou werkt, waarbij onze lessen van 90 minuten ontzettend…
