About the school

Artikel 1 – Algemeen1. Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle rijlessen, lespakketten en overeenkomsten met Rijschool de Jong-Tilkema.2. Door het afnemen van rijlessen gaat de leerling (en bij minderjarigheid de ouder/verzorger) akkoord met deze voorwaarden. Artikel 2 – Lesafspraken en annuleren1. Rijlessen worden in overleg ingepland.2. Afspraken dienen minimaal 48 uur van tevoren te worden geannuleerd.3. Bij te late annulering of no-show wordt de les volledig in rekening gebracht.4. Bij ziekte of overlijden in 1e graad beslist de rijschool of de les volledig in rekening wordt gebracht. 5. Lessen binnen de 48 uurs termijn worden telefonisch afgemeld, niet via whatsapp.6. De rijschool behoudt het recht om een les te verplaatsen bij overmacht (bijv. ziekte, pech of weersomstandigheden). Artikel 3 – Betaling1. Losse lessen dienen vooraf of direct na de les te worden betaald.2. Lespakketten dienen (tenzij anders afgesproken) vooraf te worden voldaan.3. Betaling in termijnen is mogelijk in overleg.4. Bij uitblijven van betaling kan de rijschool de lessen opschorten. Artikel 4 – Tarieven1. De actuele tarieven zijn te vinden via de rijschool of worden bij inschrijving gecommuniceerd.2. De rijschool behoudt zich het recht voor om tarieven tussentijds te wijzigen, bijvoorbeeld bij stijgende kosten (zoals brandstof of onderhoud).3. Voor reeds afgesloten pakketten blijven de afgesproken tarieven gelden, tenzij anders vermeld. Artikel 7 – Rijexamens1. De rijschool verzorgt de aanvraag van het praktijkexamen in overleg met de leerling.2. Examens worden alleen aangevraagd wanneer de instructeur dit verantwoord acht.3. Kosten voor examens dienen vooraf te worden voldaan.4. Bij niet verschijnen of te laat komen voor het examen zijn de kosten voor rekening van de leerling. Artikel 8 – Aansprakelijkheid1. De rijschool is verzekerd voor schade tijdens de rijlessen.2. De leerling is niet aansprakelijk voor schade, tenzij er sprake is van opzet of grove nalatigheid.3. De rijschool is niet aansprakelijk voor schade of verlies van persoonlijke eigendommen. Artikel 9 – Beëindiging overeenkomst1. Zowel de leerling als de rijschool kan de overeenkomst beëindigen.2. Openstaande bedragen dienen bij beëindiging direct te worden voldaan.3. Reeds ingeplande lessen vervallen bij beëindiging.4.
