About the school

1. De leerling is verplicht zich te houden aan de afgesproken datum/ tijd die de leerling zelf vastlegt op de website van rijschool Chris de Vries. De leerling zorgt er voor om op tijd en op de afgesproken plaats klaar te staan. Normaliter is de afgesproken plaats thuis. De ophaal locatie mag via whatsapp tot 24 uur voorafgaand aan de les worden gewijzigd (mits in Leeuwarden). Is de leerling te laat dan wacht de instructeur maximaal 10 minuten en zal de rijles toch nog aanvangen. De gemiste minuten zijn voor rekening van de Leerling. Bij niet verschijnen op het afgesproken lesuur zonder tijdige afzegging, is de leerling verplicht de volledige lesprijs te voldoen. Indien de rijles uiterlijk 24 uur voor afgesproken tijd wordt afgezegd, zal deze les niet in rekening worden gebracht. Afmelden van de les dient telefonisch te gebeuren. Rijschool Chris de Vries is te bereiken op: 06- 39854939. Een te laat afgezegde les wordt niet in rekening gebracht bij afzeggen vanwege een dringende reden waaronder wordt verstaan: een ernstig ongeval, ernstige ziekte van de leerling, evenals een ernstig ongeval, ernstige ziekte of overlijden van een familielid in de 1e en 2e graad. Huisgenoten welke volgens het bevolkingsregister staan ingeschreven op hetzelfde adres als de leerling worden gelijk gesteld met familieleden in de 1e en 2e graad. 4. De leerling is verplicht bij eventuele medische klachten, waarvan de leerling redelijkerwijs kan verwachten dat deze van invloed kunnen zijn op de bevoegdheid een motorvoertuig te besturen, tijdig af te stemmen met het CBR voordat de rijopleiding wordt begonnen. Indien de leerling nalaat dit te doen en de rijopleiding daardoor moet worden onderbroken of afgebroken, kan de rijschool hiervoor niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld. (Tip: Je kunt voordat je begint met rijles te volgen al eens de gezondheidsverklaring invullen op www.cbr.nl ) 5. De leerling dient zich ervan te overtuigen dat hij/zij, indien vereist, een uittreksel uit het bevolkingsregister kan verkrijgen hetgeen nodig is voor het afleggen van het examen. De rijschool kan er niet aansprakelijk voor worden gesteld indien de leerling geen examen kan doen als gevolg van het ontbreken van…
