Dit is vaak al binnen een aantal lesuren te bereiken! Rijschool: Rijschool Go-rijbewijs, gevestigd te Zeewolde, ingeschreven bij de Kamer van Koophandel onder nummer 97202622. Lesovereenkomst: De overeenkomst tussen leerling en rijschool met betrekking tot het volgen van rijlessen. 2.1 Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle overeenkomsten tussen Rijschool Go-rijbewijs en de leerling.2.2 Afwijkingen van deze voorwaarden zijn alleen geldig indien schriftelijk overeengekomen. 4.1 Rijlessen dienen vooraf of uiterlijk direct na de les contant of per bankoverschrijving te worden betaald.4.2 Indien is gekozen voor een lespakket, dient deze vooraf of volgens afgesproken betalingsregeling te worden voldaan.4.3 Bij wanbetaling behoudt de rijschool zich het recht voor om verdere lessen op te schorten totdat aan de betalingsverplichting is voldaan. 5.1 De rijschool boekt het praktijkexamen uitsluitend wanneer de leerling naar het oordeel van de instructeur rijvaardig genoeg is.5.2 Kosten voor het praktijkexamen (inclusief gebruik van de lesauto) dienen voorafgaand aan de examenaanvraag te worden voldaan. 6.1 De rijschool is niet aansprakelijk voor schade of letsel veroorzaakt door nalatigheid of onvoorzichtig gedrag van de leerling tijdens of buiten de rijles.6.2 Tijdens de rijlessen is de leerling verzekerd via de rijschool. Schade veroorzaakt door opzet of roekeloosheid kan worden verhaald op de leerling. 7.1 Beide partijen kunnen de lesovereenkomst te allen tijde schriftelijk beëindigen. Reeds betaalde, maar nog niet genoten rijlessen worden (indien van toepassing) naar rato gerestitueerd, mits geen sprake is van wanprestatie of betalingsachterstand.7.2 In geval van ernstig wangedrag of herhaaldelijke wanbetaling behoudt de rijschool zich het recht voor de lesovereenkomst per direct te beëindigen zonder restitutie. 8.1 Klachten over de dienstverlening dienen binnen 7 dagen na het voorval schriftelijk te worden gemeld.8.2…
