We compare the same vehicle category and reporting period at the same CBR exam centre. Only first exams at this centre count, not the school total. The school's busiest centre is selected initially. The comparison score weights CBR results at 70% and the whole-school Google rating at 30%. For CBR we use the 95% Wilson lower bound, which accounts for exam volume. Heb je haast? Met onze spoedopleiding kun je al binnen 8 tot 12 weken je rijbewijs op zak hebben. Wij werken met efficiënte blokken van 100 minuten. Voel je je prettiger bij een vrouw in de auto? Bij Rijschool Verkeersplein bieden we speciale Lady Rijlessen aan. Een ontspannen sfeer staat hierbij centraal. Ja, je wordt gewoon thuis, op school of op je werk opgehaald (binnen onze regio's Eindhoven, Den Bosch, Utrecht). We zetten je daar na de les ook weer netjes af. Kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en persoonlijke aandacht staan bij ons voorop. Haal je rijbewijs snel en veilig bij rijschool verkeersplein. 1.1 Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle overeenkomsten, diensten en transacties tussen Rijschool Verkeersplein en de leerling. 1.3 Afwijkingen van deze voorwaarden zijn slechts geldig indien deze schriftelijk door de rijschool zijn bevestigd. 2.1 De rijschool garandeert dat alle instructeurs beschikken over een geldig WRM-certificaat en handelen volgens de geldende verkeerswetgeving. 2.5 De rijschool mag lessen wijzigen of verzetten in het belang van planning, veiligheid of continuïteit. 2.6 De rijschool is gerechtigd lessen op te schorten of te beëindigen bij wanbetaling, herhaald wangedrag of veiligheidsrisico’s. 4.4 In uitzonderlijke gevallen, zoals langdurige ziekte of aantoonbare overmacht, kan de rijschool naar redelijkheid een verlenging toestaan. 4.5 Indien de leerling zijn betalingsverplichtingen niet nakomt, behoudt de rijschool het recht de vordering uit handen te geven aan een incassobureau, waarbij wettelijke rente en kosten worden doorbelast. 5.5 Bij niet-tijdige betaling heeft de rijschool het recht om lessen op te schorten of de overeenkomst te beëindigen. 7.2 In uitzonderlijke situaties, zoals langdurige ziekte, kan de rijschool naar eigen inzicht een tegoedregeling aanbieden. 7.4 Bij beëindiging door de rijschool op grond van wanbetaling of wangedrag bestaat geen recht op compensatie. 8.4 De rijschool is niet aansprakelijk voor vertragingen, annuleringen of fouten veroorzaakt door het CBR of andere externe partijen. 9.1 De rijschool streeft ernaar de leerling binnen 8 tot 12 weken op examen te laten gaan, afhankelijk van de planning van het CBR. 11.1 De rijschool mag de overeenkomst beëindigen bij wanbetaling, wangedrag of overtreding van veiligheidsregels. 11.4 De rijschool behoudt zich het recht voor…
