About the school
Deze voorwaarden zijn, tenzij schriftelijk uitdrukkelijk anders is overeengekomen, van toepassing op alle aanbiedingen en op alle overeenkomsten die door Autorijschool The Future, gevestigd te Stadskanaal hierna te noemen De Rijschool, zijn aangegaan met al haar klanten, hierna te noemen Cursisten. 1.2 Het rijexamen wordt door de rijschool binnen twee weken gereserveerd nadat je de examenkosten betaald hebt en je de lesstof voldoende beheerst. 1.6 Indien de les komt te vervallen door omstandigheden die buiten de macht van De Rijschool vallen kan er een nieuwe les ingepland worden. De afgesproken termijn betalingen gaan in dit geval wel door. Aangaande examen en TussenTijdse Toets hanteren wij de norm van het CBR; Annuleren tot 4 weken voortijd is kosteloos. Annuleren tot 2 weken voortijd is de restitutie enkel het gedeelte van de kosten bedoelt voor de rijschool. Annulering binnen 2 weken voortijd geeft geen recht op restitutie, behoudens de door het CBR gehanteerde norm. 2.4 Is de cursist iets te laat, dan wacht de instructeur altijd 10 minuten op de afgesproken plaats. Bent u er dan nog niet, dan heeft de Rijschool het recht om de les in rekening te brengen. 2.5 Bij een eventuele verhindering zal de cursist dit tijdig en minimaal 24 uur voor de les, aan de rijschool melden. In dat geval worden geen kosten in rekening gebracht, en kan een andere afspraak voor de les gemaakt worden. 2.7 Voor de aanvraag van het praktijkexamen, tussentijdse toets of andere deeltoets dient de cursist de rijschool te machtigen via www.mijn.cbr.nl om de reservering van het examen te bevestigen en het bedrag volledig hebben voldaan. 2.9 Er wordt van de cursist verwacht dat, zodra er sprake is van een ontzegging van de bevoegdheid tot het besturen van motorrijtuigen, hij/zij aan de rijschool hiervan melding moet maken. Indien de cursist nalaat dit te vermelden, dan is de rijschool hiervoor niet aansprakelijk. 2.11 Indien de cursist iets verzwijgt uit hetgeen in 2.10 vermeld staat, dan heeft de rijschool het recht de overeenkomst per direct te doen beëindigen zonder enige restitutie van les-/examengelden. 2.12 Bij schade ontstaan als gevolg van de in 2.10 genoemde…
