We compare the same vehicle category and reporting period at the same CBR exam centre. Only first exams at this centre count, not the school total. The school's busiest centre is selected initially. About the school

Hier vind je de algemene voorwaarden van Autorijschool Succes op Weg. Deze tekst is overgenomen uit de bestaande voorwaardenpagina. Deze voorwaarden geven de algemene bepalingen weer voor het verzorgen van rijopleiding categorie ‘B’ en ‘BE’ en daarbij behorende CBR/BNOR-praktijkexamens. Deze zijn van toepassing op Autorijschool Succes op Weg, verder genoemd ‘Rijschool’. De gefactureerde les zal apart worden berekend en valt buiten het lespakket. In overleg kan de rijschool besluiten deze kosten te verrekenen met het lespakket. De betaling geschiedt per PIN, via een machtiging aan Rijschool, contant of per bankoverschrijving zoals overeengekomen bij aanvang van de rijopleiding. Rijschool is gerechtigd tijdens de duur van de lesovereenkomst de lesprijs te verhogen, behalve de lessen in het reeds afgenomen lespakket. Indien de examengelden door het CBR worden verhoogd, zal dit door Rijschool aan de cursist worden doorberekend. Cursist is in gebreke wanneer de betaling niet voor de afgesproken datum aan de rijinstructeur/rijschool is voldaan, zonder dat enige aanmaning vereist is. Bij achterstallige betalingen behoudt Rijschool zich het recht voor om aanmaningskosten in rekening te brengen volgens het volgende schema: Wij behouden ons het recht voor om het bedrag van de aanmaningskosten aan te passen volgens de geldende wet- en regelgeving; Na aanvraag van het praktijkexamen, wordt in overleg met cursist het eindrooster opgesteld, cursist verplicht zich hiertoe. Betaling van extra benodigde lessen moet minimaal 48 uur vóór het praktijkexamen zijn ontvangen door Rijschool. Bij niet tijdige betaling is Rijschool gerechtigd de rijlessen en het reserveren van het examen te staken. Indien het praktijkexamen wegens slechte weersomstandigheden door het CBR wordt uitgesteld, brengt Rijschool de gemaakte kosten voor eventuele extra rijlessen bij de cursist in rekening. het lesvoertuig door de examinator wordt afgekeurd. Rijschool zorgt er in dit geval voor dat zonder extra kosten een nieuw praktijkexamen wordt aangevraagd. Indien rijschool van mening is dat cursist geen redelijke kans van slagen heeft, is rijschool gemachtigd het examen te annuleren of verplaatsen. Indien Rijschool voor de cursist het praktijkexamen heeft gereserveerd dient hij/zij zelf voor de benodigde documenten, genoemd in `Artikel 4.5′ zorg te dragen.
