Autorijschool RijCalm staat ingeschreven bij het CBR onder nummer 5565F2. Inschrijving bij de kamer van koophandel onder nummer 84080205. Het praktijkexamen wordt door Autorijschool RijCalm gereserveerd in overleg met de cursist. Cursist kan pas op voor het praktijkexamen nadat de examenkosten volledig zijn betaald. Mochten er nog openstaande lessen niet zijn betaald, dan dienen die ook voor het praktijkexamen te zijn voldaan. Het aantal benodigde uren die volgens autorijschool RijCalm nodig zijn voor het behalen van het rijbewijs, blijven te allen tijde een schatting waar geen rechten aan ontleend kunnen worden. Autorijschool RijCalm heeft voor het geval er iets gebeurt waarvoor zij ten opzichte van jou aansprakelijk is een goede bedrijfsverzekering afgesloten. De cursist zorgt er voor om op tijd en op de afgesproken plaats voor de rijles klaar te staan. Is de cursist te laat, dan wacht de instructeur 10 minuten op de afgesproken plaats. Bij het niet verschijnen op de afspraak, behoudt de rijschool zich het recht voor de rijles en de gereserveerde tijd in rekening te brengen. Cursist mag zonder reden van opgaaf een rijles afzeggen of verschuiven tot 24 uur voor de les. Bij afmelden binnen 24 uur behoudt de rijschool zich het recht voor de gereserveerde tijd in rekening te brengen. Let op!! Ziek zijn is geen geldige reden voor het afzeggen van de les. Zijn er zwaarwegende redenen voor het last minute niet door laten gaan van de rijles, dan wordt in overleg met de rijschool naar een passende oplossing gezocht.
