About the school

Op 24 oktober 2025 is Rudy met de maximale score geslaagd voor RIS-instructeur. RIS staat voor Rijopleiding in Stappen. De rijopleiding bij Rijschool Pronkjewail wordt sindsdien geheel volgens de RIS-methodiek gedaan. Zie de CBR website voor uitleg over de RIS opleiding. Rudy is geboren op 15 augustus 1964 in Heerlen. Hij heeft zijn jonge jaren doorgebracht in Groningen/Winschoten/Westerlee. Hij is in 2008 de rijschool gestart in Borgsweer (Eemsdelta) en woont sinds juni 2022 in Heiligerlee (Oldambt). Hij is getrouwd met Meta en heeft twee kinderen. Achtereenvolgens was Rudy blindengeleidehondeninstructeur, beveiligingsbeambte, Postkantoor loketbeambte en nachtportier bij een hotel en heeft hij 23 jaar lang een eigen hondenschool gehad. Sinds maart 2008 is Rudy autorijinstructeur. Positieve eigenschappen van Rudy met betrekking tot het geven van rijlessen zijn volgens zijn oud-leerlingen: goede kennis van zaken, rustig, structureel, punctueel, serieus, vriendelijk. Rudy's visie voor wat betreft de rijlessen is dat deze zo moeten zijn dat iedere leerling na afloop van de les weer uitkijkt naar de volgende rijlessen en iedere keer met plezier in de auto stapt, omdat alleen op die manier een opleiding vlot en succesvol kan verlopen. Wij geven les in de gehele provincie Groningen, met name in de gemeenten Oldambt (Winschoten, Scheemda, Beerta e.o.), Eemsdelta (Delfzijl, Appingedam e.o.), Midden-Groningen (Hoogezand-Sappemeer, Siddeburen, Noordbroek, Zuidbroek, Muntendam e.o.), Veendam, Pekela, Westerwolde (Blijham, Bellingwolde e.o.), Groningen.
