About the school

Deze algemene voorwaarden op alle overeenkomsten die worden aangegaan met “Rijschool Pamela” als wel op iedereen die rijlessen volgt. Hierin staan alle afspraken die nageleefd moeten worden door rijschool en leerling. 1.2 Het praktijkexamen wordt door de rijschool binnen een week gereserveerd nadat je de examenkosten betaald hebt. 1.5 De rijschool heeft voor het geval er iets gebeurt waarvoor zij ten opzichte van jouw aansprakelijkheid is een goede rijschool verzekering afgesloten. 2.2 De leerling zorgt er voor om op tijd op de afgesproken plaats voor de rijles te staan. Is de leerling iets te laat, dan wacht de instructeur altijd 5 minuten op de afgesproken plaats. Ben je dan nog niet, dan heeft de Rijschool het recht 100% van de les in rekening te brengen. 2.3 De leerling mag een rijles afzeggen of verschuiven. Echter wel minimaal 48 uur van te voren melden tijdens openingstijden, anders heeft “Rijschool Pamela” het recht om 100% van de les in rekening te brengen in verband met de gereserveerde tijd. 2.4 De leerling verstrekt alle noodzakelijke informatie over zijn/haar medische en of psychische toestand, medicijnen, alcohol en of drugsgebruik naar waarheid aan de Rijschool. Eigen verklaringen van het CBR die niet naar waarheid worden ingevuld is op eigen risico van de Leerling en of ouderlijkgezag. 2.5 Wijze van afzegging kan via Whats-app. Whats-app die na sluitingstijd worden ontvangen, vallen automatisch onder de volgende werkdag. “Rijschool Pamela” kan nooit verantwoordelijk worden gesteld voor het niet ontvangen van een Whats-app. Alleen appjes met een reactie van “Rijschool Pamela” worden ontvankelijk verklaard. Het Whats-app nummer is 0638755630. 2.5 Indien de leerling iets verzwijgt uit hetgeen in 2.4 vermeld staat, dan heeft “Rijschool Pamela” het recht de lessen (lesovereenkomst) per direct te doen beëindigen zonder enige restitutie van lesgeleden. 2.6 Bij schade ontstaan als gevolg van de 2.4 genoemde situatie heeft de Rijschool het recht dit te verhalen op de leerling. 3.3 Komt het voor dat de leerling niet op tijd betaalt, dan hanteert “Rijschool Pamela” de volgende procedure: 3.4 “Rijschool Pamela” mag rente vragen over het verschuldigde bedrag nadat de afgesproken datum overschreden is.
