About the school
De autorijschool biedt rijles aan door een rij-instructeur die voldoet aan de eisen van de Wet Rijonderricht Motorvoertuigen (WRM) en beschikt over een geldig instructeurscertificaat. De leerling krijgt zoveel mogelijk les van dezelfde instructeur. In uitzonderlijke gevallen kan het voorkomen dat de leerling les krijgt van een andere instructeur. Dit wordt van tevoren aan de leerling gemeld. Het rijexamen wordt in principe afgenomen met de auto waarin de rijlessen zijn gevolgd. In uitzonderlijke gevallen kan het examen in een andere auto worden afgenomen. De leerling wordt hiervan tijdig op de hoogte gesteld. De leerling dient minimaal 16,5 jaar oud te zijn om de rijopleiding te starten. Tevens is de leerling verplicht om altijd een geldig legitimatiebewijs mee te nemen tijdens de rijlessen. De leerling dient op tijd aanwezig te zijn op de afgesproken plaats voor de rijles. De instructeur wacht maximaal 15 minuten na de afgesproken tijd. Indien de leerling te laat is, heeft de autorijschool het recht de les alsnog in rekening te brengen. Indien de leerling een rijles wil afzeggen of verzetten, dient dit minimaal 24 uur van tevoren te gebeuren. Bij te late afzegging kan de autorijschool de les alsnog in rekening brengen. Bij afwezigheid om dringende redenen, zoals een ziekenhuisopname of overlijden in de familie, kan de autorijschool besluiten de les niet in rekening te brengen. De leerling dient de aanwijzingen van de instructeur goed op te volgen en naar beste vermogen mee te werken aan het behalen van het rijbewijs. Bij een tussentijdse toets of rijexamen moet de leerling een geldig theoriecertificaat en identiteitsbewijs bij zich hebben. Hoewel de instructeur zijn best doet om dit te controleren, blijft dit de verantwoordelijkheid van de leerling. Betaling van de rijlessen en examenkosten dient tijdig te geschieden. Indien een betalingstermijn is verstreken, ontvangt de leerling een schriftelijke herinnering. Indien het achterstallige bedrag na 14 dagen niet is voldaan, is de autorijschool gerechtigd wettelijke rente te rekenen, vermeerderd met administratiekosten van € 25,- per betalingstransactie.
