How do we compare?

We compare the same vehicle category and reporting period at the same CBR exam centre. Only first exams at this centre count, not the school total. The school's busiest centre is selected initially. The comparison score weights CBR results at 70% and the whole-school Google rating at 30%. For CBR we use the 95% Wilson lower bound, which accounts for exam volume. Wij spreken, het viel je misschien al op, over “klanten” in tegenstelling tot “leerlingen”. Zo zien we je ook; als klant. Je betaalt voor een dienst en die verlenen wij. Natuurlijk is er een instructeur/leerling-relatie, maar wij vullen die graag in op basis van gelijkwaardigheid, met respect voor de klant die de diensten van Rittenburg inhuurt. We begroeten je graag als nieuwe klant, ook als het elders al eens niet gelukt is. Op onze contactpagina zie je hoe je ons het beste kunt bereiken.
