Een leerling moet niet afhankelijk worden van bekende straten. Het CBR beoordeelt of je zelfstandig kunt rijden in wisselende situaties. Daarom trainen wij op begrip, niet op geheugen. "Beter kijken" is te vaag. Wij leren waar je kijkt, wanneer je kijkt, waarom je kijkt en welke beslissing uit die waarneming moet volgen. Spanning is niet alleen een gevoel. Spanning verandert ademhaling, aandacht, kijkgedrag en besluitvorming. Daarom coachen wij faalangst concreet in de verkeerssituatie. Wie alleen bekende routes rijdt, leert herkenning. Wie onbekend terrein leert analyseren, ontwikkelt zelfstandigheid. Daarom gebruiken wij onbekende situaties als trainingsmateriaal. Fouten zijn geen bewijs dat je niet kunt rijden. Fouten zijn informatie. Wij gebruiken ze om te begrijpen welk deel van het proces nog sterker moet worden. Wij beloven geen magische slagingsgarantie. Wat wij wel beloven: eerlijke begeleiding, duidelijke analyse, professionele coaching en een opleiding die jou leert begrijpen wat veilig rijden werkelijk betekent.
