4. Money-Back Guarantee (Turbo)

Users who purchased the Turbo package can claim the "Failed your exam, money back" guarantee (refund of the Turbo package purchase amount) under the following strict conditions:

• The user has an active Turbo package at the time of the CBR exam.
• The user has fully completed all 20 available mock exams in the app.
• The user has passed 5 mock exams in a row on the first attempt.
• The user has completed at least 1 mock exam flawlessly (0 mistakes) on the first attempt.
• The user has an overall pass rate above 90% in the app statistics.
• The refund request must be submitted by email within 14 days after the official CBR exam via [email protected] .
• The email must include the official CBR result.
• The name on the official CBR result must exactly match the username provided in the Theorio app.
