Test figures for CBR Goes

At Goes, 557 first practical tests for a scooter licence (AM2) took place from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026. There were 474 passes and 83 failures: a pass rate of 85.1%. The tests came from 8 CBR school registrations.

Which towns are the schools in?

School records link 557 of 557 first tests to 3 known school towns. The largest groups are Goes (469), Kapelle (72), and Halsteren (16). The school town is missing for 0 tests. This shows where schools are based, not where candidates live.

Which schools shape the average?

The 3 school registrations with the most first tests accounted for 453 of 557 tests (81.3%). Larger groups therefore count more in the centre average.

Why the centre average is only part of the picture

School figures vary. Among 5 school registrations with at least 30 first tests each, the middle half of pass rates lies roughly between 82.5% and 90%. These codes account for 525 tests. Consider individual school figures alongside the centre average.

First tests and retests

At Goes, CBR counted 90 retests, with 78 passes and 12 failures (86.7%). They account for 13.9% of all 647 tests. We keep them separate from the first-test rate and ranking. This compares different groups, not the effect of taking another test.

Compared with the national figures

CBR counted 31,875 first tests of this type nationwide over these dates. The pass rate was 80.4%. Here the rate is 4.7 percentage points above the national rate. Different groups of schools and candidates mean this does not establish whether the test is easier or harder here.

Preparing for your practical test

Practise safe, independent riding with your instructor and discuss what still needs work. Car test tips do not automatically apply to motorcycles or scooters. Check CBR’s explanation and requirements for your own test.

Ask the school how your instructor tracks your progress and works with you to decide when you are ready for the test.

How this ranking is built

The score compares first tests at this centre: 70% CBR results and 30% Google ratings, adjusted for small samples. A score requires 10 first tests and 5 independent Google reviews; a rank requires 5 comparable schools. Shared Google listings that cannot be attributed to a branch are excluded. The score does not predict your chance of passing.
