About the school

Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle overeenkomsten die worden aangegaan met Autorijschool “ Rijden met Marcel “ , alswel op iedereen die lessen volgt of andere diensten afneemt van deze rijschool. Hierin staan alle afspraken die nageleefd moeten worden door de Rijschool en de leerlingen. Onder ‘kandidaat’ als in de algemene voorwaarden genoemd, wordt hierna verstaan ‘de leerling’. Onder leerling wordt tevens verstaan ‘cursist’, ‘ouder’, ‘wettelijke vertegenwoordiger’ of ‘bedrijf’ als de bepaling in de algemene voorwaarden betrekking heeft op het betalen van de lesprijs en/of andere kosten verband houdende met het verstrekken van rijonderricht of andere diensten, door Autorijschool “ Rijden met Marcel “ aan de leerling. Indien in deze algemene voorwaarden wordt gesproken van ‘hij’ of ‘zij’, wordt tevens verstaan ‘zij’ of ‘haar’. 1.4 Een proefles is een gewone rijles. De proefles wordt gegeven naar het niveau van de leerling. Is een proefles bijvoorbeeld een eerste rijles, dan wordt er een eerste rijles gegeven met alle uitleg die nodig is, volgens het door de rijschool gebruikte lesprogramma. Is een proefles géén eerste les, dan wordt naar het aanvangsniveau gekeken. 1.5 Het theorie- of praktijkexamen wordt door de Rijschool binnen twee weken gereserveerd nadat je de examenkosten betaald hebt. 1.7 De Rijschool heeft voor het geval er iets gebeurt waarvoor zij ten opzichte van de leerling aansprakelijk is, een goede bedrijfsverzekering afgesloten. 2.3 De persoonsgegevens van de leerling worden door de rijschool verwerkt, mogelijk in de zin van de Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens (Wbp). Autorijschool “ Rijden met Marcel “ verwerkt jouw persoonsgegevens voor de volgende doelen: - om contact met je op te nemen over de afspraken omtrent de aangegane cursus - artikel 2.9, 3.3, 3.4, 8.2, 9 - Je te kunnen bellen, whatsappen of e-mailen indien dit nodig is om onze dienstverlening uit te kunnen voeren Autorijschool “ Rijden met Marcel “ verwerkt ook persoonsgegevens als wij hier wettelijk toe verplicht zijn, zoals gegevens die wij nodig hebben voor onze belastingaangifte. Aan de hand van deze verwerking kan de rijschool: de les uitvoeren, de leerling een optimale service verlenen en verplichtingen jegens de leerling nakomen, hem/haar tijdig…
