About the school

In 1993 ben ik begonnen als rijinstructeur in Den Haag bij dezelfde rijschool als mijn andere broer, autorijschool De Kleijnen. Na een aantal jaren daar gewerkt te hebben, heb ik besloten om in 1995 een eigen rijschool in Ridderkerk te beginnen, waarbij ik een meer persoonlijke manier van lesgeven ben gaan toepassen. Dit heeft zo’n succes teweeggebracht dat ik een beroep op mijn twee broers heb moeten doen om mij te helpen aan de vraag te kunnen voldoen. En met succes! In de loop van de jaren zijn wij uitgegroeid tot een van de grootste rijscholen van Ridderkerk met een uitstekende staat van dienst. Ik zal mijzelf even voorstellen. Mijn naam is Bert IJsselstijn, ik ben 60 jaar oud en heb een dochter van 22 jaar. In 1980 ben ik begonnen als rijinstructeur in een van de grootste auto- en motorrijscholen van Den Haag: autorijschool De Kleijnen. Daar ben ik 17 jaar werkzaam geweest en heb ik de fijne kneepjes van het vak mogen leren. In 1997 heb ik mij aangesloten bij mijn broer John en beheren wij, samen met onze andere broer Peter, met veel plezier Autorijschool IJsselstijn. Ik ben verantwoordelijk voor de E achter B rijlessen, de bromfietsrijlessen en natuurlijk ook de gewone autorijlessen. De auto waar ik momenteel in rijd is een Volkswagen Polo. Ik zal mijzelf even voorstellen. Mijn naam is Peter IJsselstijn, ik ben 58 jaar oud en al mijn hele leven woonachtig in Ridderkerk. Ik heb een leuke en lieve zoon van 20 jaar oud en hij is, samen met auto’s en motorrijden, mijn grootste hobby. In 1989 ben ik begonnen als rijinstructeur en heb, na 13 jaar, in 2002 besloten om mijn andere broers te helpen met Autorijschool IJsselstijn. Het lesgeven aan leerlingen is een wereldbaan en bezorgd mij iedere keer weer veel voldoening. De blije gezichten na het behalen van het examen is de reden waarom wij dit werk doen.
