Deze voorwaarden geven de algemene bepalingen weer voor het verzorgen van de rijopleiding categorie B en praktijkexamens en de rechten en plichten van de afnemer van de lesovereenkomst, verder te noemen “de leerling” en de zelfstandige rijschool- onderneming en rijschoolhoudereigenaar/instructeur, verder te noemen “de rijschool”. a) Met de leerling wordt bedoelt: de particulier die van de rijschool rij-onderricht krijgt.b) Met “de rijschool” wordt bedoeld, de zelfstandige rijschoolonderneming en eigenaar, waarvan de gegevens aan de voorzijde van de lesovereenkomst zijn ingevuld die het rijonderricht aan de leerling verzorgt. De rijopleiding omvat rijlessen die:a) Gegeven worden door een bevoegde rij-instructeur) van de rijschool.b) Voor een tijdsduur van minimaal 60 minuten per rijles tenzij duidelijk anders is afgesproken. c) Die volledig zal worden benut voor het geven van rij-onderricht.d) Voor leerlingen die bevoegd zijn om rijles te krijgen. De rijschool is bekend met deze algemene voorwaarden en zich bewust van de inhoud van deze lesovereenkomst en zorgt ervoor dat:a) De leerling voor zoveel mogelijk van dezelfde instructeur rijles krijgt.b) Dat er een W.A. verzekering is afgesloten. De leerling dient:a) Zich te houden aan de afgesproken datum, tijd en plaats voor de geplande rijlessen.b) Bij het niet nakomen van de afgesproken rijles, zonder voortijdige afzegging, de volledige lesprijs te voldoen.c) Verhindering van de afgesproken rijles minimaal 48 uur of twee werkdagen voor aanvang rijles aan rijschool te melden.d) De volledige lesprijs te voldoen indien de rijles niet voor 48 uur of twee werkdagen voor de rijles wordt afgezegd.e) Alle aanwijzingen van de rijschool op te volgen. a) De leerling is verplicht het op de voorzijde van de overeenkomst overeengekomen bedrag te voldoen.b) De rijschool is niet gemachtigd tijdens de duur van de lesovereenkomst de lesprijs te verhogen. c) De leerling is in gebreke wanneer de betaling aan de rijschool niet is voldaan, zonder dat er een aanmaning vereist is.d) Indien de leerling in gebreke blijft het verschuldigde bedrag te voldoen, zal het bedrag worden verhoogd met wettelijke incassokosten.e) Bij niet tijdige betaling is de rijschool gerechtigd de rijlessen en reserveren van toetsen en examens met onmiddellijke ingang te doen staken zonder terugbetaling van enig…
