Autorijschool Gooijer is 1 oktober 1995 opgericht (op de foto zie je de 1e lesauto uit 1995!) en heeft zich ontwikkeld tot een bedrijf waar kwaliteit, service en klantvriendelijkheid hoog in het vaandel staan. Inmiddels is onze autorijschool uitgegroeid tot een familiebedrijf waar we met veel passie ons werk doen. Autorijschool Gooijer is een bekende naam in regio ’t Gooi. We zijn een gerenommeerd bedrijf met een trouwe klantenkring, vaak zien we familieleden of vrienden van oud leerlingen terug in onze rijopleiding. Al onze instructeurs zijn franchisenemers handelend onder autorijschool Gooijer en uiteraard bevoegd om les te geven, hebben een verklaring omtrent gedrag kunnen overleggen en worden regelmatig intern getraind en gecoacht. Bij Autorijschool Gooijer vinden we maatwerk belangrijk. Kies je voor onze rijschool, dan kies je voor een persoonlijke aanpak. Maatwerk gaat verder dan alleen het aantal rijlessen dat een leerling nodig heeft om veilig en zelfstandig auto te kunnen rijden. Maatwerk betekent ook kijken wat een leerling nodig heeft, geen twee mensen zijn gelijk, individuele eigenschappen van mensen kunnen van invloed zijn op het leerproces. Wij zijn getraind dit te herkennen en mee te nemen in de manier van opleiden. Iemand die bijvoorbeeld sterk autodidactisch is zal een andere manier van instructie geven en coachen nodig hebben dan iemand die bijvoorbeeld een concentratieprobleem heeft. Ons slagingspercentage staat al jaren in de top 10 van best presterende rijscholen van het Gooi. Deze prestatie proberen wij met een minimum aan rijlessen te realiseren!
